We stand out because we want you to hire the Rhodes that is right for you. Most rental companies will just give you any old Rhodes in their stock; often not serviced or maintained, and looking worn out. We’re different – you get to pick. Each one of our Rhodes pianos is regulated and set up slightly differently to match the vibe you want. And we check them over before they go out and when they are returned.

Rhodes Stage 73 Mark I
“The Herbie”
Details: 73-key Stage Piano
Year: 1977
Sound: Warm & mellow. Voiced with more overtones & harmonics for a fuller lead sound. Light in pp register and semi-barky in the ff register. Stretch tuned to accompany acoustic piano.
Feel: Lower escapement for faster touch for jazz/groove playing and miracle mod installed for very responsive touch.
Appearance: Excellent – new hardware and Tolex in excellent condition

Rhodes Stage 73 Mark I
“The Steely”
Details: 73-key Stage Piano
Year: 1977
Sound: Warm & bright. Some overtones/harmonics for a more accompanying sound. Moderate in pp register and barks in the ff register.
Feel: Moderate escapement for all round playing, especially pop and funk. Miracle mod installed for a more responsive touch.
Appearance: Very good – a few marks but nothing major.

Rhodes Stage 73 Mark II
“The Floyd”
Details: 73-key Stage Piano
Year: 1980
Sound: Full and loud. Significant overtones for the classic Mark II sound. Ideal for accompaniment. Moderate in the pp register and full and barky in the ff register. Perfect for rock & pop.
Feel: Higher escapement for louder more full on playing. Bass touch is heaver for big low-end, treble moderate.
Appearance: Good – couple of tears in tolex in discreet places.
